I mean, why not at this point

My mom is having surgery on her foot in a few weeks, and will be unable to walk for about 6 weeks (in a boot for 3 months). Which means no driving. Or carrying the baby. Or cleaning the house (hellooooo maid service!). Or cooking (helloooo DoorDash!). I am so glad she's doing this - she has been in pain every day for like 10 years - but this is going to be verrrrrry interesting. Mama might have to start drinking again.
