I watched the reboot of Roseanne last night. Wasn't much of a fan of the show before, so was only really tuning in to see how they did it and then planned on not watching again. But I have to say, they did a really good job making it relevant, from Roseanne being a Trump supporter and Jackie being a "nasty woman," to Becky being a surrogate (for Sarah Chalke, aka 2nd Becky), to Darlene's son being potentially trans - I am here for it.
