i ponder the sunny vs cloudy thing regularly. pretty sure that partly sunny means more clouds than sun (but not mostly cloudy, b/c that's even more clouds, you see). etc. so partly cloudy is like f'ing awesome, b/c mostly sunny is just hot as f***.
